Liability

Access and use of the following website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) shall be reserved for any User (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) acting in a private capacity, having declared taken prior cognizance of the present legal provisions and accepting the terms and conditions of use without reserve. Usage shall be deemed to have taken place on French territory.

Digiplug and all its Affiliated Companies (hereinafter referred to as the “Affiliates”*) shall provide no guarantee whatsoever as to the Content of the Site, notably in terms of quality, suitability for a specific type of use, ownership or copyright infringement.

Such links are provided for your convenience only and do not in any way imply the approval or endorsement of Digiplug. Should the User wish to contact Digiplug for further information regarding Digiplug products or services, the User may be asked to fill out a form requesting certain personal details. Personal information shall be for the exclusive use of Digiplug and its Affiliates, it being specified that Digiplug shall be responsible for the processing and preservation of the information provided.
All information provided shall be dealt with in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, modified by the Act of 6 August 2004, whereby users shall have the right to access, modify, correct and delete their own personal information at any time. Information shall be modified or deleted as soon as possible, and at latest, within eight working days following the reception of your request.
